Begreat family of brands (“Begreat”, “we”, or “us”) that provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and software products (“Services”) to our customers and clients (“Customers”). This Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) describes how Begreat collect, uses, discloses, and transfers information, including personal information, from users accessing and using our websites that display a link to this Privacy Statement (“Sites”). Third Party Services:

Begreat uses third party services including Google Analytics, to collect information about how visitors use the Site in order to optimize visitor experiences. Google Analytics uses web beacons and cookies in order to track visitor page views and clicks within pages, length of time spent on our Sites , and the search term or referring site that brought a visitor to our Site.

Social Media:

Our Sites include features from social media websites such as the Facebook Like button and features on LinkedIn and Twitter that run on our Site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. This Privacy Statement does not apply to these features. Begreat takes reasonable precautions to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Begreat complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States, respectively.  Begreat has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles of notice, choice, accountability for onward transfer, security, data integrity and purpose limitation, access, and recourse, enforcement, and liability. Begreat’s commitments under the Privacy Shield are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the United States Federal Trade Commission.

Right to access data:

EU and Swiss individuals have the right to access the personal data Begreat processes pertaining to them and to limit use and disclosure of their personal data. EU and Swiss data subjects may receive notice of Begreat’s processing of their personal data, access to that personal data, and seek to amend that personal data by request to

If you believe a Begreat Customer transferred your personal data to Begreat, in making a request please provide the name of the Customer. We will refer your request to that Customer, and assist them as needed in responding to your request.

Third Parties:

In providing access and use of our Services and Sites, Begreat utilizes third parties that may access, process, or store personal information in the course of providing their services. Our agreements with these third parties require their access, use, and processing of personal information is in compliance with our Privacy Shield obligations. If either Begreat or these third parties  processes such personal data in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield Principles, Begreat will be liable. In the following limited situations, we may disclose information that we collect or that you provide to us:

  1. to our contractors, service providers and other third parties who provide data processing services to us and with whom the sharing of your personal information is necessary to undertake the work e.g. to process billing, to analyze data, host data, deliver content and to provide customer support and other business related functions;
